Hazal Eylem Güngör’s main practice areas are energy law, construction law, international trade law, maritime law and arbitration.
She also advises foreign clients on the establishment of companies in foreign free zones, residence permits, work permits, opening bank accounts, establishing companies and acquiring citizenship.
Having experience in ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings, particularly FOSFA, GAFTA, LMAA arbitrations, GÜNGÖR takes an active role in the conduct of clients’ national and international arbitration proceedings. She is involved in drafting and negotiating contracts between domestic and foreign clients and third parties.
