| Short-time Working Allowance Period Has Been Prolonged | Kısa Çalışma Ödeneğinin Süresi Uzatıldı |

Pursuant to Presidential Desion No. 3316 and Presidential Decision No. 3317 published on Official Gazette dated 23.12.2020, the short-time working allowance period and the application period for it have been prolonged. |
23.12.2020 tarihli Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan 3316 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı ve 3317 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı uyarınca kısa çalışma ödeneğinden yararlanma ve kısa çalışma ödeneğine başvurma süreleri uzatılmıştır.

| For the workplaces where short-time working is practiced due to compelling reasons within the scope of periodic situations caused by external effects due to the new coronavirus (Covid-19);
|
Yeni Korona virüs (COVID-19) nedeniyle dışsal etkilerden kaynaklanan dönemsel durumlar kapsamındaki zorlayıcı sebep gerekçesiyle kısa çalışma uygulanan işyerleri için;

| 1. For the workplaces that applied before 30.06.2020, short-time working allowance period has been prolonged to 28.02.2021 and
2. Application period for short-time working allowance have been prolonged to 31.01.2020.
|
1. 30.06.2020 öncesi başvuru yapan işyerleri için kısa çalışma ödeneğinden yararlanma süresi 28.02.2021 tarihine ve
2. Kısa çalışma ödeneğinden yararlanma için başvuru süresi 31.01.2021 tarihine kadar uzatılmıştır.
