Sadullah Güven provides consultancy services in the fields of issuing declarations, managing group companies in accordance with the legislation, arranging contracts with third parties and corporate planning.
Güven has extensive experience in areas such as auditing companies within the scope of full certification, controlling VAT, provisional tax returns, preparing management reports within the framework of group policies and IFRS standards.
Güven also worked in international companies as responsible for the finance and personnel departments, and played an active role in relations with Finance and Insurance institutions, payments, tax returns and social security insurance statements, financial statements and internal and external reporting.
