Ethem Koşar provides services in the fields of independent audit services, financial management and accounting consultancy services, strategic risk, regulation and compliance processes, accounting and internal control.
Koşar worked as a State Property Specialist at the Ministry of Finance, General Directorate of National Real Estate, and then as an expert at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency. Koşar, who started to work as Assistant Finance Inspector at the Ministry of Finance in 2006, served as the Head of the Regulation Department for 2 years at the Public Procurement Authority at the end of his 5-year duty.
During his term as an inspector in the Tax Inspection Board and the Finance Inspection Board, Koşar has been involved in inspections and audits of many financial administrations, especially tax offices, investigations of relevant personnel, training of inspectors and experts, tax inspections of large-scale companies, and auditing of expenditures of public institutions and organizations and he has extensive knowledge and experience in both the public and private sectors.
