Hilal Atasoy’s main fields of work are international trade law, corporate and commercial law, national and international arbitration and litigation. In these fields of expertise, she takes a role in providing consultancy services to domestic and foreign clients in legal disputes.

Ms. Atasoy also focuses on drafting, revising, executing and negotiating contracts with third parties on behalf of the national and multinational clients that are contractors, investors, suppliers, employers and shareholders.
