Türkiye’nin turizm merkezlerinden İzmir ile Antalya’yı birbirine bağlayacak otoyol projesinin 163 kilometrelik Aydın-Denizli Otoyolu ayağının yapım ihalesine 6 firmadan teklif geldi. Yapım süresi 3 yıl olarak belirlenen otoyol tamamlandığında iki şehir arasındaki seyahat süresi 1 saate düşecek.

Hizmete açık olan İzmir-Aydın Otoyolu’nun devamında yer alan ve İzmir’den Antalya’ya kadar kesintisiz ulaşımı sağlayacak otoyolun ikinci etabını oluşturan Aydın-Denizli Otoyolu için Yap-İşlet-Devret modeli ihalesi 03.07.2020 tarihinde yapıldı. Karayolu Genel Müdürlüğü ilanına göre 12.05.2020 tarihinde yapılacağı belirtilen ihale önce iptal olmuş daha sonra ise 11 Haziran olarak belirlenen ihale tarihi pandemi nedeniyle 03.07.2020 tarihine ertelenmişti. Karayolları Genel Müdürlüğü’nde gerçekleştirilen ihalede 6 firma teklif verdi. Gelen haberlere göre bu firmalar arasında Erg İnşaat –Met-Gün İnşaat, Özaltın İnşaat, Limak İnşaat, Makyol İnşaat ve Fernas İnşaat yer almakta.

140 kilometre otoyol ve 23 kilometre bağlantı yolu olmak üzere toplam 163 kilometre uzunluğunda yapılacak otoyol, mevcut Aydın Çevre Yolu Otoyol Ayrım Kavşağından başlayarak Dalama üzerinden Yenipazar’a ulaşacak. Çeltikçi-Korucuk-Kocadere istikametinde devam edecek otoyol Kocabaş mevkiinde sonlanacak.

Otoyol inşaatı, ihalenin sonuçlanmasının ardından 3 yıl içerisinde tamamlanacak. Teklif ve ayrıntılı çalışmaların tamamlanmasının ardından geçiş ücreti üzerinden indirim yapılarak en düşük teklifi veren firma teknik yeterlilikleri incelendikten sonra sözleşmeye davet edilecek. Otoyolun 3 yıldan önce bitirilip işletmeye alınması halinde, yapım süresinden artan bu süre, İşletme Süresi’nin sonuna ilave edilecek ve İşletme Süresi’nin sonuna ilave edilen bu süre için garanti ödemesi yapılmayacak.


 

 Bid offers for the tender of the163-kilometer highway construction project that will connect two of the Turkey’s tourism centers Aydın and Denizli submitted by six firms.  When the highway, whose construction period is determined as 3 years, is completed, the travel time between two cities will decrease to 1 hour.

The Build-Operate-Transfer model tender for the Aydın-Denizli Motorway, which is the second phase of the motorway that will provide uninterrupted transportation from Izmir to Antalya, which is located next to the Izmir-Aydın Motorway that is open to service, was held on 03.07.2020. The tender which was announced to be held on 12.05.2020 as per the announcement of the General Directorate of Highways, was canceled first and then the new tender date, which was determined as 11 June, was postponed to 03.07.2020 due to the pandemic. 6 companies submitted bids in the tender held at the General Directorate of Highways. According to latest news, these companies are Erg İnşaat –Met-Gün İnşaat, Özaltın İnşaat, Limak İnşaat, Makyol İnşaat and Fernas İnşaat.

The motorway, which will be constructed with a total length of 163 kilometers, 140 kilometers of motorways and 23 kilometers of connection roads, will reach Yenipazar via Dalama starting from the existing Aydın Ring Road Highway Junction.The highway that will continue in the direction of Çeltikçi-Korucuk-Kocadere will end at the Kocabaş location.

Motorway construction will be completed within 3 years after the tender is concluded.  Following the completion of the offer and detailed studies, the company, which made the lowest offer by discounting the toll, will be invited to the contract after its technical competence is examined.  If the highway is completed and put into operation before 3 years, the remaining time from construction period will be added to the end of the Operation Period and no warranty payment will be made for this period added to the end of the Operation Time.
